At SmartOala, we want to make delivery straightforward. This page explains order processing, delivery and tracking for orders in Australia.
1. Order processing
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during busy periods, if payment needs verification or if we need to confirm delivery details. If there is an issue with your address, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
2. Australian delivery
Standard delivery within Australia is free for SmartOala coffee photo printer orders. The carrier and delivery timeframe can vary with your destination and the availability of the item. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping confirmation will contain the tracking details provided by the carrier.
Carrier estimates may change because of remote destinations, public holidays or delays outside our control.
3. Order tracking
After dispatch, visit Track Your Order or check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link or number. If you cannot find it, contact SmartOala support with your order number.
4. Address changes and cancellations
Please check your address before placing an order. If you need to correct it or cancel, contact us promptly. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery details or stop the shipment.
5. Delivery problems
If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or appears lost, please get in touch with your order number and any tracking information so we can investigate. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Return & Refund Policy
At SmartOala, we want you to feel good about your purchase. Here is how our 30-day money-back guarantee works, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Returns within 30 days
If the SmartOala coffee photo printer is not right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To get started:
- Contact us with your order number and the email used to place the order.
- Return the coffee photo printer and its components, including its packaging where practical.
- We will explain the return steps before you send anything back.
The 30-day guarantee is offered by SmartOala in addition to your rights under the ACL.
2. Condition of returned items
For a return under our 30-day guarantee, please send back the complete coffee photo printer, clean and with all its parts. If the coffee photo printer is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee, your rights under the ACL still apply regardless of whether the original packaging is available.
3. Refunds and payment methods
Once your return has arrived and we have reviewed it, we will email you about your refund.
- Standard payments: Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider determines when the credit appears.
- Instalment payments: If you used an instalment provider offered at checkout, that provider will handle the adjustment to your payment schedule after the refund is processed.
- Shipping costs: We will explain any applicable return postage before the item is sent back. Your rights regarding faulty items remain unchanged.
4. Return shipping
For a return under our 30-day change-of-mind guarantee, we will tell you how to send the coffee photo printer back and whether return postage applies. A tracked service is recommended. Where an item fails to meet a consumer guarantee, reasonable return costs are handled in line with the ACL.
5. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue and, if available, a photo or video.
We will review the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy. For a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the ACL. Your consumer guarantee rights continue beyond our 30-day guarantee.
6. Order cancellation
Need to change your mind before dispatch? Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we will help you with the return process once it arrives.
7. Late or missing refunds
- Check the original payment method and any instalment provider account.
- Allow time for the bank or card provider to process the credit.
- If it still has not appeared, contact us with your order number.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need latte art skills?
None at all. That's the point. Load a card, press the shutter, lift it off — it works first try, every time. If you can press a button you can do this.
What powder does it use?
Cocoa is what most people use. Cinnamon and matcha also work — anything fine enough to sift.
Are the cards reusable?
Yes, indefinitely. Rinse them under the tap, dry them, use them again. Nothing about this product runs out.
Four steps and about three seconds. Slide a stencil card into the front slot, sit Brew Shot on your cup, press the shutter, lift it away. There's nothing to learn and nothing to practise.
Will this work on my coffee?
It needs a milk foam surface to print onto. Lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, cortados and macchiatos all work. Black coffee, drip and Americanos won't — there's no foam for the design to sit on.
